This is a basement studio, work only unit. The unit is 137 square feet and rent will be $219 depending on income level. See the floor plan and photos attached below. Note that the new floor after the repairs will be an insulated concrete floor, not the wood shown. Unit B106 will be available for lease starting April 1, 2024.
The tenant must have household income below 80% of the Area Mean Income.
