Rent starts at $1344 and is subject to income verification.
The tenant must have household income below 80% of the Area Mean Income.
Parking is available on site, and in the neighborhood.
Note 1: Another tenants accesses their studio through Unit 101.
Note 2: If an application includes multiple tenants who intend to share the space, a majority of those tenants must have household incomes at or below 80%
