This is a studio, work only unit. The unit is 280 square feet and rent will be $560, or lower for income qualified tenants. See the floor plan and photos attached below. Unit R103E will be available for lease starting October 1, 2026. The space is as-is.
Parking is available on site, and in the neighborhood.

The tenant selection committee will review all applications and make a decision by the mid-April.
