New construction of 36 affordable cooperative apartments over ground floor retail in Jamaica Pain, as part of the Blessed Sacrament Campus Redevelopment. This project was developed in partnership with Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Development Corporation.

Columbia West Apartments

New construction of 46 affordable apartments with 10 set aside for clients of the Department of Developmental Services in Dorchester. This project was developed in partnership with New Communities Services, Inc. and supportive services are provided by Bay Cove Human Services.

Drayton Homes

New construction of 12 semi-attached, energy-efficient single family homes that in-fill gaps in the fabric of the Upham’s Westside neighborhood in Dorchester.

Elm Brook Homes

New construction of 12 mixed-income, single-family homes organized in village-like clusters to reflect historic house forms in older New England communities like Concord. This project was a collaboration with the Concord Housing Trust.

Ruggles Assisted Living

Adaptive re-use of vacant former school building in Roxbury into the first 100% affordable assisted living facility in Boston. Developed in partnership with New Communities Services, Inc. and HEARTH, Inc.

Joshua Bates Art Center

Historic rehabilitation of former school building, originally designed by prominent Boston architect Arthur H. Vinal and constructed in 1884, into 12 affordable artist work studios in the South End.

New construction of group home for 12 disabled elders in Roslindale. Developed for Bay Cove Human Services, who acts as service provider.

Walter Baker Lofts

Acquisition and preservation of 13 affordable artist live/work studios in Dorchester Lower Mills. This former administration building for the Baker Chocolate Factory was initially redeveloped by Keen Development. The property is now owned by a non-profit controlled by a combination of New Atlantic and the artist residents.

Conversion of a single-family home in South Portland to accommodate 10 young adults with disabilities. Services are provided by Specialized Housing, Inc.
